Orders & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. D.PRA offers cancellations under the following conditions. The window for cancellation depends on how far your order has progressed through our fulfilment pipeline.
You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of placing it, regardless of the order value or item type (except non-cancellable items listed below). A full refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method.
If more than 24 hours have passed since your order was placed but the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is still possible. A full refund will be processed. Please note that during peak sale periods, orders may be processed faster than usual — contact us promptly.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and a tracking number has been assigned, direct cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait to receive the package and then initiate a return through our Returns process. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Cancelling an eligible order is simple. You can do it yourself in seconds through your account, or reach out to our support team.
Log in to your D.PRA account and navigate to My Account → Orders from the top menu or account dashboard.
Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the order number to open the Order Details page.
If the order is eligible for cancellation, a Cancel Order button will be visible. Select a reason and confirm. You'll receive an email confirmation instantly.
If the Cancel Order button is not visible or you're facing difficulty, please Contact Us immediately with your order number and we will assist you directly.
Once a cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed as follows. Timelines are from the date of cancellation confirmation and are subject to banking processing times.

Certain items and orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review the product page carefully before purchasing these categories.
Any product that has been customised, personalised, or made-to-order specifically for you (e.g., custom prints, embroidery with your name or logo, bespoke sizing) cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale", "No Returns", or offered as part of a clearance event at a heavily discounted price are non-cancellable and non-returnable. This is clearly indicated on the product page.
In rare circumstances, D.PRA may need to cancel an order on our side. We will always notify you promptly via email and SMS. Situations that may lead to a seller-initiated cancellation include:
In all seller-initiated cancellations, a full refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method — no action is required from you.
