Create bold T-shirt graphics, social media visuals, and brand assets that resonate with India's youth. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop required. Portfolio of apparel or streetwear work is a big plus.
Own D.PRA's Instagram, YouTube, and social presence. Plan and execute content calendars, work with influencers, run campaigns, and build a community around the brand. Knowledge of Reels, trends, and analytics is essential.
Source fabrics, coordinate with manufacturers, manage samples and quality checks, and help build our seasonal product range. Experience in garment buying, trend forecasting, or fashion retail is preferred.
Build and improve our PHP/Vanilla JS e-commerce frontend. Optimise for mobile, speed, and conversion. Solid HTML/CSS/JS skills required. PHP knowledge is a plus. You'll work directly with the founders on product decisions.
Handle customer queries via email and WhatsApp, manage returns/exchanges, and maintain a high satisfaction score. Great communication skills and patience are key. Prior e-commerce support experience preferred.
Oversee order fulfilment, courier partnerships, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Experience with Delhivery, Shiprocket, or similar platforms strongly preferred. Must be detail-oriented and highly organised.
