Orders
Where is my order? How do I track it?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and SMS with the tracking link and AWB number. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and email to get real-time updates.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't been packed. Log in to your account → My Orders → select the order → click Cancel. After 2 hours, please contact our support team at care@dpra.in.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications (size, colour, address) are possible only within 1 hour of placing the order, before it enters processing. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once packed, modifications are not possible.
I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, log in to your account and check My Orders. If the order shows there, it was placed successfully. For further help, write to us at care@dpra.in with your registered email address.
Can I place a COD (Cash on Delivery) order?
Yes! COD is available on all orders across India. A handling charge of ₹25 is applicable per order. Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund with free return pickup — no questions asked.
Can I order for gifting? Is gift wrapping available?
Gift wrapping is available as an add-on during checkout for a nominal charge of ₹49. You can also add a personalised gift message (up to 100 characters) that will be included in the package.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days (available at checkout for ₹99 extra). Delivery timelines may vary during sale events, festivals, or natural calamities.
What is the free shipping threshold?
Free standard shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹399. Orders below ₹399 are charged a flat ₹49 shipping fee. COD orders carry an additional ₹25 handling fee regardless of order value.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, D.PRA only ships within India. We deliver to over 27,000+ pin codes across all 28 states and 8 Union Territories. International shipping is on our roadmap — stay tuned!
My pin code shows as unserviceable. What can I do?
We're continually expanding our delivery network. If your pin code is currently unserviceable, you can:
  • Use an alternate address (e.g., office or nearby town)
  • Register your interest by emailing us — we'll notify you once we start serving your area
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible within 1 hour of ordering and before the order is packed. Contact us immediately at care@dpra.in or WhatsApp with your order number and new address.
Which courier partners does D.PRA use?
We partner with BlueDart, Delhivery, Ekart, XpressBees, and Shadow Fax depending on your location and selected delivery speed. The courier assigned to your order is shown on your tracking page.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Log in → My Orders → select the item → click "Request Return / Exchange". Choose your reason and upload photos if needed. You'll receive pickup confirmation within 2–4 hours. Full details on our Returns page.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours of quality check clearance. Timeline depends on payment method: UPI (24–48h), Cards (5–7 days), Net Banking (5–7 days), COD (7–10 days via NEFT). You'll receive an email confirmation once initiated.
Can I exchange for a different product entirely?
Exchanges are currently available for the same product in a different size or colour. If you want a completely different product, we recommend initiating a return for refund and placing a new order.
Are all items eligible for return?
Most items are returnable within 7 days. Not eligible: innerwear & socks (hygiene), customized items, clearance sale items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
What if my return is rejected after quality check?
If the item doesn't pass our quality check (signs of use, tags removed, damage caused by customer), the return will be rejected and the item re-shipped to you. You'll be notified by email with the reason for rejection.
Is return pickup free?
Yes, return pickup is completely free for all eligible returns. Our courier partner will come to your address to collect the package. No drop-off required.
Payments
What payment methods does D.PRA accept?
We accept: Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking (all major banks), Mobile Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Amazon Pay), and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is COD available on all orders?
COD is available on all orders across serviceable pin codes, with a handling fee of ₹25. COD may be temporarily unavailable in certain areas or during high-demand periods.
Are my card and payment details safe?
Absolutely. D.PRA uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your full card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through our certified payment gateway partners.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What do I do?
In case of a failed transaction with money deducted, the amount is automatically reversed by your bank within 3–7 business days. If it takes longer, email us at care@dpra.in with your transaction ID and we'll escalate it with the payment gateway.
Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
You can combine D.PRA store credits or gift vouchers with any payment method. Splitting between two payment modes (e.g., partial card + partial UPI) is not currently supported.
How do D.PRA promo codes and coupons work?
Enter your promo code in the "Apply Coupon" field at checkout. Only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons cannot be clubbed with existing sale discounts unless explicitly stated. Expired or used coupons will be rejected.
Account
How do I create a D.PRA account?
Visit the Login page and click "Create Account". Enter your name, email, phone, and set a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account and start shopping.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email, and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive it, check spam or contact support.
How do I change my email address or phone number?
Log in → Account Settings → Edit Profile. Changing your email requires re-verification via OTP sent to the new email. For phone number changes, an OTP will be sent to verify the new number. Changes take effect immediately after verification.
Can I have multiple shipping addresses saved?
Yes, you can save up to 5 delivery addresses in your account (home, office, etc.). Go to My Account → Saved Addresses to add, edit, or delete addresses. You can set one as the default.
How do I delete my D.PRA account?
To request account deletion, email us at care@dpra.in from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll process it within 7 working days after verifying your identity. Note: pending orders and unused credits will be forfeited.
Is my personal data safe with D.PRA?
Yes. D. PRA Ventures Private Limited is committed to data privacy under the IT Act, 2000 and applicable data protection laws. We never sell your data to third parties. For details, read our Privacy Policy. Contact our Grievance Officer Vandana Dwivedi at care@dpra.in for any data concerns.
Products
How do I check product authenticity?
All D.PRA products come with a brand tag with our logo and CIN number. Genuine D.PRA products are only sold on our official website (dpra.in) and authorized platforms. If you suspect a counterfeit product, report to care@dpra.in immediately.
How do I get size recommendations?
Refer to our detailed Size Guide with body measurement charts for all categories. Each product page also has a size recommendation tool. When in doubt, size up for comfort. You can always exchange for a different size.
What are the wash care instructions?
Wash care symbols are printed on the inner tag of every garment. As a general rule:
  • Machine wash cold (30°C) on gentle cycle
  • Turn inside out before washing to protect prints
  • Do not bleach or tumble dry
  • Dry in shade — avoid direct sunlight
  • Cool iron on reverse side only
What fabrics does D.PRA use?
D.PRA uses premium quality fabrics including:
  • 100% Bio-washed Cotton — for softness and print vibrancy
  • Cotton-Polyester Blend — for athleisure and activewear
  • French Terry — for sweatshirts and hoodies

Will the print fade after washing?
D.PRA uses high-quality reactive and discharge printing techniques that are fade-resistant for 50+ wash cycles when care instructions are followed. Always turn the garment inside out before washing and avoid using harsh detergents.
Do you restock sold-out products?
Some styles are restocked, while limited edition and collaboration drops may not be. You can click "Notify Me" on any sold-out product page to receive an SMS/email when it's back in stock. Subscribe to our newsletter for early access alerts.
