Shipping FAQs

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all 3 attempts fail, the package is held at the nearest courier hub for 5 days before being returned. You'll receive SMS notifications for each attempt.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes. You can reschedule by contacting the courier partner directly using the AWB number provided in your tracking email. Alternatively, contact us at care@dpra.in and we'll coordinate with the courier on your behalf.

Are there any items that cannot be shipped?

We currently ship only apparel and accessories. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military/APO addresses. Certain remote pin codes in northeast India, Jammu & Kashmir, and Andaman & Nicobar may have extended delivery timelines of 7–10 days.

Can I pick up my order from a store?

Store pickup is currently not available as D.PRA operates exclusively online. All orders are fulfilled from our Kanpur warehouse and shipped via courier partners. We're working on opening experience centres — stay tuned!

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please refuse delivery if the package is visibly tampered with or severely damaged. If you've already accepted it, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Does D.PRA ship on weekends?

Orders placed on Saturday after 12 PM and on Sunday are processed the next business day (Monday). Our courier partners generally operate Monday–Saturday. Delivery on Sundays depends on the specific courier and location.

Important Notes

No Sunday / Holiday Delivery

Deliveries are not made on Sundays and national public holidays. Orders may be delayed by 1 business day during such periods.

PO Boxes Not Supported

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a complete residential or office address with a valid landmark for smooth delivery.

Peak Season Delays

During sale events, festivals (Diwali, Holi), and year-end periods, delivery may take 1–2 extra business days due to high order volume.

All Orders Insured

Every D.PRA shipment is covered for loss or damage during transit. In the rare event of a lost package, we'll reship or refund immediately.
