Everything you need to know before applying.

GST registration is not mandatory for individual/casual resellers. However, if your annual turnover crosses ₹40 lakhs (₹20L for service states), GST registration is required by law. For business-scale resellers, we recommend having a GSTIN — it allows you to claim ITC and makes invoicing seamless. We can issue GST-compliant invoices either way.

Wholesale orders above ₹5,000 qualify for free shipping from our end to your delivery address. Orders below ₹5,000 carry a nominal flat shipping charge of ₹99–₹199 depending on weight. Shipping from you to your customers is your responsibility — most resellers include it in their selling price.

Yes! You can sell D.PRA products on your own website, social media pages (Instagram, Facebook), or WhatsApp. For listing on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc.), you need prior written approval from D.PRA to ensure brand consistency and avoid pricing conflicts. Contact us before listing on any marketplace.

We accept returns of defective or incorrectly shipped items within 7 days of delivery. Size exchanges on wholesale orders are accepted within 15 days, subject to availability. Returns for change-of-mind are not accepted on wholesale orders. If a product is damaged in transit, photograph the parcel before opening and share with us for a quick resolution.

No — the reseller program is open to applicants across India. We currently do not offer geographic exclusivity, meaning multiple resellers can operate in the same city. However, Platinum-tier resellers may negotiate exclusive zone arrangements in their area for high-volume commitments. This is handled case-by-case.
