Our commitment to people, planet, and the future of Indian fashion — one responsible decision at a time.
Every collection we launch is built on these three foundations. They're not aspirational — they're operational.
We source fabrics exclusively from certified Indian textile mills that adhere to ethical manufacturing standards. Zero child labour — full stop. Every worker in our supply chain receives fair wages and safe working conditions. We audit our suppliers regularly and publish results transparently.
Active since 2026We're moving to fully recyclable, biodegradable mailers by Q3 2026, eliminating single-use plastics from all our shipments. Our packaging is minimal by design — no unnecessary fillers, no excessive layers. We're also exploring a take-back scheme for worn-out D.PRA garments.
In Transition100% of D.PRA products are designed and manufactured in India. By keeping our entire supply chain local, we reduce our carbon footprint from long-haul shipping and directly support Indian artisans, garment workers, and small factories — especially in Uttar Pradesh and surrounding states.
100% DomesticA clear, time-bound plan — because commitments without deadlines are just wishes.
Launch D.PRA store, establish partnerships with certified Indian mills, enforce zero child labour policy, begin transition to minimal packaging.
Complete transition to recyclable mailers and biodegradable packaging across all orders. Launch garment take-back initiative for worn D.PRA products.
Partner with carbon-neutral logistics providers and offset remaining emissions through verified Indian reforestation projects. Publish annual sustainability report.
Achieve B-Corp certification — holding us to the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
These are our current commitments — small numbers today, building toward something significant.
Sustainability is a two-way street. Here's how you — our customer — can help close the loop.
Always wash your D.PRA garments in cold water (30°C or below). It uses up to 90% less energy and keeps colours sharper for longer.
Skip the dryer whenever possible. Air drying extends the life of your clothes and saves significant electricity per cycle.
The most sustainable garment is the one you already own. Our products are made to last — wear them more, wash them less, love them longer.
When your D.PRA garment reaches end-of-life, return it to us (recycling programme launching 2027) instead of sending it to landfill.
