Log in to your D.PRA account → go to My Orders → select the item → click Request Return / Exchange. Fill in the reason and upload a photo if the item is damaged.
Once your return is approved (within 2–4 hours), our courier partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup slot. Keep the item packed in original packaging with tags intact.
Once we receive the item at our Kanpur warehouse, our quality team inspects it within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the check is complete.
Your refund is initiated to the original payment method, or the exchange item is dispatched — whichever you chose. You'll receive a confirmation SMS and email immediately.
